Just spotted Da Puerto Rican Food Truck upcountry

The brilliant yellow shower tree is what caught my eye first.

I didn't have a chance to order anything, but I'll be back to check it out!

The owner said he's there at Long's upcountry every Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday.

Don't go there tomorrow, though, because the truck will be in Makawao, gearing up for Makawao Third Friday. (Will YOU be there?)

I'm intrigued!

I'll let you know what I find out about this little eatery on wheels.
